Reservation of the group camping area:  Already made by  Marianne Drabek. 

Make your own camping reservation and then contact Brenda Damewood to RSVP.  That way we will know how many folks to feed.

• We are still working on times for events.  If you would like to do a workshop, please contact Steve Hieser.

• If you need to know how many people will be attending, contact Brenda Damewood. 

• Bring your pumpkins and enter the contest.

• I would like to have the Saturday evening concert outside (weather permitting).  We would not have to move all the tables.

* * * BYOS means: Bring Your Own Steak   The steaks will be identified and placed in the refrigerator.  They will be cooked Saturday afternoon  in time for the Saturday night Supper.  So, you can bring a rib eye, filet mignon or hamburger - the type and size is up to you.

STEAK KNIVES AND FORKS   Since we will have steaks, you may want to consider bringing your own fork and knife.  We will have plastic stuff available but you know how plastic works on a steak. 

Sunday Morning: 

                        Everyone fixes their own meal.           Remember - we have to be out by 11:00am Sunday morning.

            Bowls, plates, cups and plastic ware

                            Duties:  The coordinator needs to make sure the plates and bowls are there.  The club may have some and some have to be purchased.

                   Duties:  Generate a list of all campers and their location.

Campground Publicity

                  Duties:  Make posters/signs telling campers in the park about the Saturday evening concert and other activities. 

Marshmallow Roast

            Coordinators:  Bill and Jordis Chalupnik

Hat Drawn Ensembles

            Coordinators: Jerry Wright   (need rules and regulations) 

                   Duties:  Put together bands for the Saturday night concert.  Draw names from a hat to form the bands.

RSVP

            The RSVP Coordinator will have a definite head count for food preparation etc.
